Halloween Poem

Fear everywhere

I screamed, I squealed and I shouted with fright
Coz what I saw was a deadly sight,
There was a goblin with red eye standing at my window
trying to put up a scary show.

Then what I saw was a bloodcurdling monster
With a hammer in the hand and ready to slaughter,
To find some escape I rushed up to my room
Only to find a green witch riding a broom.

Then I saw the shadow of a black growling cat
Giving me a shriek as it moved the bath mat,
I am trying to maintain my spritis high
And bear the halloween fever with a sigh.

The house seems to be haunted with spooky ghosts
And there is fear everywhere from pillar to post.
